Why you need this IDP if you live in Wales

If you want to prepare for an annual review of your child’s individual development plan (IDP) in Wales then you can download a template from NDCS.org.uk or follow the link below. Section 1 is where you need to fill in everything about your child ,including their preferred method of communication. Section 2 is where you need to ensure you write down what you know your child needs in order to learn ( so don’t forget the therapies and technologies). If they arent written down on the IDP you will not get them.
