Electromagnetic Hyper- sensitivity (EHS)

In my previous articles, I discussed the effects of EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) and ESS (Electronic Screen Syndrome), which can lead to behavioural issues and symptoms similar to ADHD or autism.

However, there is a distinction between these conditions and EHS (Electro-Magnetic Hyper Sensitivity), where individuals – both humans and animals – are particularly sensitive to EMF exposure.

Symptoms of EHS may include:

Sleep disturbances,

Hearing problems,

Headaches,

Fatigue,

Lack of concentration,

Flu-like symptoms,

Muscle aches,

Memory issues,

Weakened immune system,

Emotional imbalances,

Skin problems and more.

To minimize exposure to EMFs, it is recommended:

Limit device usage,

Text instead of call on mobile phones,

Use headsets or speakerphones for calls,

Request pat-downs at airport security instead of going through scanners,

Take precautions during sun exposure.

It may also be helpful to request an EMF reading from your local power company ( I have done as I live next to an electricity substation).

Invest in proven nanotechnology that neutralizes harmful radiation from electronic devices.

As an example, I have personally purchased a stellardome from the reputable company EMF Home Harmony for my office space with the added benefit of being able to transport it for use in other rooms or on long car journeys.

If you have any additional ideas or recommendations for minimizing EMF exposure, please share them with me.
